We deliver to all European Union countries, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free on all orders.
How long does delivery take?
Between 4 and 14 days. Our products are shipped by our suppliers abroad. All the details are on our Delivery page.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as it ships, you receive an email with a tracking number.
If I order several items, will everything arrive together?
Not necessarily: depending on the supplier, your order may arrive in several parcels.

Returns
Can I change my mind?
Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason. Returns are free. All the conditions are on our Returns and refunds page.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
Contact us with your order number and a photo: we will offer you a replacement or a refund.
Our products
Are the dimensions shown accurate?
We show the dimensions provided by our suppliers. They are measured by hand, so a small difference is possible. For example, our catnip toy measures 11 × 5 cm.
