The contract is concluded when your order is confirmed by email. We may cancel an order if the supplier is out of stock; the amount paid is then refunded in full.

5. Delivery
We deliver free of charge to all European Union countries, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Products are shipped by our suppliers from abroad; the delivery time of 4 to 14 days is an estimate.

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving a reason. Returns are free: we cover the return costs.
